The Oriental Insurance Company Limited (OICL) invites Online Applications for the post of Administrative Officer (Scale-I) for filling up total 246 Vacancies in the disciplines of Accounts, Actuaries. Generalist, Legal and Marketing. Eligible Graduates Apply online from 27th February 2015 and end on 20th March 2015.

Age Limit:- 21 to 30 Years as on 28/02/2015. Persons domiciled in the Kashmir Division of the Jammu & Kashmir State during the period 1-1-80 to 31.12.1989 - 05 Years for General, 08 Years for OBC, 10 Years for SC/ST. For others as per Govt Rules.
Educational Qualifications:
For Generalist Stream :- A candidate must possess the minimum qualification of a Degree in any discipline from a recognized University OR any equivalent qualification recognized as such by Central Government.
For Specialist Stream :- A candidate must possess the minimum qualification of Degree in the relevant discipline from a recognized University OR any equivalent qualification recognized as such by Central Government.
The minimum Educational Qualifications required for various disciplines are:-
Selection Process:- Online Examination and Interview. The Candidates will be called for online examination to be held on May 2015 (Tentative).
Online Written Exam :- There will be negative marks for wrong answer, 1/4th of the allotted marks will be deducted for each wrong answer. Candidates will have to appear for the online examination at their own expenses on date of online examination. The descriptive English Test will be conducted only through online mode. Questions will be displayed on the screen of your computer. Answers are to be typed using the keyboard. Before start of typing answers to questions in Descriptive Paper please check all key functions of the keyboard. You will get 45 minutes to answer the questions. The total marks of the examination will be 200. Candidates who qualify the online Examination will be shortlisted for Interview on the basis of over all marks scored in objective and descriptive section taken together against full marks of 200. Time Duration – 120 Minutes (Test in English Language – 45 Minutes).
For Generalist:-
Application Fee:- A Non-refundable fee of Rs.600/- for General and OBC Category candidates; Rs.50/- (Intimation Charges) for SC/ ST / PWD / Confirmed employees of Oriental Insurance Company. The payment can be made by using Debit Cards (RuPay/ Visa/ MasterCard/ Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets.
